"Cura te ipsum."
- Take care of your own self.
This Latin command, originally meant for physicians, urges us to attend to our own needs, creating a whole self before attempting to bring this wholeness to others.
It is our call in life to develop our gifts and use them for the betterment of our families, communities, and world at large. But first we must do what is needed to move ourselves toward positive change and balance. In doing so we build a solid foundation from which to give.
Heal Thyself offers transformation as an attainable goal and works to empower clients in healing their own selves. Take back your health and well-being. Feeling better is an option.
